About Coach Alisha
Hi, I'm Alisha, an avid Rucker with a passion for fitness and fun. After undergoing knee surgery during my college soccer days, running became more difficult. About 10 years ago, I discovered rucking and fell in love with the challenge of adding weight to my backpack. Since then, I've gotten serious about the sport, participating in rucking events and even hosting my own at my local gym. Rucking is something anyone can do—just grab a backpack, add some weight, and you’re ready to go!
I also run a local rucking group called So Cal Ruck Club and created Ruck the Challenge to bring exciting, monthly challenges to people of all ages. My mission is to keep everyone moving and healthy in a fun, engaging way. Thanks for visiting my page, and I hope to see you out there rucking!
