1. What is the monthly rucking challenge?
Our monthly rucking challenge is a fun and engaging way to push your limits, get outdoors, and build strength by completing specially designed rucks. Each month, you’ll tackle a new theme that blends fitness and adventure.
2. Who can participate?
Anyone! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rucker, our challenges are designed to be accessible to all fitness levels. You can modify exercises and weights to fit your needs.
3. How much does it cost?
The cost to receive a patch, certificate and workout is $10.00 USD.
4. How long is each challenge?
Our monthly challenge can either last for the full month or you can choose to do 1-2 workouts. You can also choose to just ruck every day for 30 days or just complete 1-2 rucks per week. It's flexible based on your fitness goals and schedule.
5. How much weight should I carry?
The recommended weight is:
Men: 10-20 lbs (beginners), 20-30 lbs (intermediate), 30+ lbs (advanced).
Women: 5-15 lbs (beginners), 15-25 lbs (intermediate), 25-30+ lbs (advanced).
Remember, you can adjust the weight to fit your fitness level.
6. What equipment do I need?
All you need is a sturdy backpack, some weight (like bricks, plates, or sandbags), comfortable shoes, and a positive attitude!
7. Can I modify the exercises or rucks?
Yes! All exercises and rucks can be modified to suit your fitness level. The most important thing is to maintain good form and stay safe while challenging yourself.
